A meeting professional since 1998, Theresa Kukic enjoys a challenge. She saw a need in the medical meetings arena for a customer-driven, fast-moving planning firm, and founded Conference Management Solutions to fill that need. Her methodical, organized approach has made a difference for her clients.

Her experience managing meetings for large universities taught her the value of controlling costs, bringing in projects under budget and increasing meeting quality. While working for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, she brought several meetings in under budget while improving the content and the experience for the attendees. Her strengths lie in negotiating the best possible contracts for her clients and managing a fast-paced schedule.

Jennifer Franz, CMP
For 10 years, Jennifer Franz has created dynamic events for government, non-profit and corporate organizations. She couples professionalism with an excellent sense of humor in everything that she does. She believes that it is important to keep things fresh by bringing something new to each event. She is also a sought after speaker on event planning logistics, procedures and contract negotiation practices.

Jennifer joined Conference Management Solutions after meeting Theresa and realizing how well their work ethics and professionalism compliment each other. They both have a strong belief in customer satisfaction assurance and communication, as well as a passion for the industry itself.

Her prior experience includes work for her own consulting firm as well as Carnegie Mellon University, Telecommunications Industry Association, Planet Hollywood, and the Close Up Foundation.
